Shipping & Processing Time

How long is your processing time?

Our processing time varies anywhere from approximately 1-4 weeks. Once your order is shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

How long will it take for my item to reach me?

After we ship out your parcel, the time it takes to reach you will depend on the delays and where you reside. Canada: 3-21 business days, USA: 3-25 business days, International: 3-5 weeks.

Are there duty/custom fees?

You may be subjected to duty and custom fees if you are purchasing outside of Canada, please be aware that we are not responsible for any costs that may incur.

My parcel is being returned to you, what can I do?

If you are from the U.S or Canada, please contact us for further assistance. Fees for retrieval and reshipment will apply in cases where the address inputted at checkout was incorrect. All parcels that are returned are disposed at the shipping facility if it is international; we have no way in retrieving it back to us for reshipment.

Can I cancel my order?

We work hard to get all orders processed as quickly as possible, once an order has been placed and payment has been processed, we cannot cancel your order.

I just got my order and it doesn't fit me, can I return or exchange it?

We do not accept returns or exchanges at this time. Please make sure to check our sizing guide before making a purchase.

Can I pick up my order if I am local?

Absolutely! We have a pickup option at checkout!

Care Instructions

- Machine wash cold
- Do not iron on design, embroidered fabrics should always be ironed on the reverse side
- Do not tumble dry

Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged item due to an error on our part, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please email us a clear picture of the damaged item at pixikraft7@gmail.com, and we will promptly send you a fresh replacement piece at no additional cost.
